Ingredients for - Salsafied Chicken and Rice

1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed - 1 pound
3. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
4. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
5. Chicken broth - 1 (14.5 ounce) can
6. Salsa - 1 (8 ounce) jar
7. Instant rice - 2 cups
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 ounces

How to cook deliciously - Salsafied Chicken and Rice

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook and stir chicken in hot oil until cooked through and juices run clear, 5 to 7 minutes.

Add broth and salsa and bring to a boil; turn off the heat and stir in instant rice. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the mixture.
