1. Cauliflower florets - 5 cups
2. Broccoli florets - 5 cups
3. Fresh asparagus, trimmed and halved - 1 pound
4. Carrots, cut into matchsticks - 4 medium
5. Red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks - 1 medium
6. Red onion, sliced and separated into rings - 1 medium
7. Olive oil - ½ cup
8. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
9. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
10. Dried rosemary, crushed - 1 tablespoon
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, carrots, bell pepper, and onion in a large bowl.
