3. Fresh asparagus, trimmed and halved 1 pound
4. Carrots, cut into matchsticks 4 medium
5. Red bell pepper, cut into matchsticks 1 medium
6. Red onion, sliced and separated into rings 1 medium
7. Olive oil ½ cup
8. Lemon juice 3 tablespoons
9. Garlic, minced 3 cloves
10. Dried rosemary, crushed 1 tablespoon
11. Salt 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
