1. Whole grain bread - 3 thick slices
2. Coconut - ¼ cup
3. Chia seeds - ¼ cup
4. Half-and-half - ¼ cup
5. Eggs - 2
6. White sugar - 1 tablespoon
7. Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ teaspoons
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon
10. Unsalted butter, or as needed - 2 teaspoons
11. Fresh raspberries - ½ cup
12. Vanilla yogurt - ½ cup
13. Maple syrup, or to taste - 2 ounces

1. Stage

Cut each bread slice into 4 even sticks.

Mix coconut, chia seeds, half-and-half, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt together in a bowl until batter is smooth.
