1. Tomato sauce - 1 (28 ounce) can
2. Water - 5 cups
3. Vegetable bouillon - 3 cubes
4. Bay leaf - 1
5. Onion, chopped - 1 small
6. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
7. Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
8. Dried parsley - 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Sugar - 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Salt - 1 teaspoon
11. Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
12. Hot red pepper sauce - ⅛ teaspoon
13. Celery, sliced - 2 stalks
14. Carrots, peeled and sliced - 2
15. Zucchini, chopped - 1 small
16. Frozen corn - 1 cup
17. Uncooked ditalini pasta - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Soup III

1. Stage

In a large pot, mix the tomato sauce, water, vegetable bouillon, bay leaf, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, sugar, salt, pepper, and hot red pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer at least 30 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in the celery, carrots, zucchini, and corn. Cover, and continue to simmer 30 minutes.

3. Stage

Stir ditalini pasta into the pot, and continue cooking 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
