1. Tomato sauce 1 (28 ounce) can
2. Water 5 cups
3. Vegetable bouillon 3 cubes
4. Bay leaf 1
5. Onion, chopped 1 small
6. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
7. Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon
8. Dried parsley 1 ½ teaspoons
9. Sugar 1 ½ teaspoons
10. Salt 1 teaspoon
11. Pepper ¼ teaspoon
12. Hot red pepper sauce ⅛ teaspoon
13. Celery, sliced 2 stalks
14. Carrots, peeled and sliced 2
15. Zucchini, chopped 1 small
16. Frozen corn 1 cup
17. Uncooked ditalini pasta ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Tomato Soup III

1 . Stage

In a large pot, mix the tomato sauce, water, vegetable bouillon, bay leaf, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, sugar, salt, pepper, and hot red pepper sauce. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer at least 30 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in the celery, carrots, zucchini, and corn. Cover, and continue to simmer 30 minutes.

3 . Stage

Stir ditalini pasta into the pot, and continue cooking 10 minutes, or until pasta is al dente.
