Ingredients for - Coconut Butter Mochi

1. Sweet rice flour (mochiko) - 1 pound
2. White sugar - 1 pound
3. Brown sugar - ½ cup
4. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
5. Coconut milk - 1 (14 ounce) can
6. Milk - 10 ounces
7. Eggs - 4
8. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
9. Sweetened coconut flakes - 1 cup
10. Butter, melted - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Coconut Butter Mochi

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Mix together mochiko, white sugar, brown sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.

3. Stage

Whisk coconut milk, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Add to mochiko mixture and stir to combine. Add coconut flakes and melted butter and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared baking dish.
