1. Tri-color rigatoni pasta 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Onions, diced 2
3. Tomatoes, diced 3
4. Provolone cheese, cut into strips 12 ounces
5. Green bell peppers, diced 2
6. Sliced pepperoni 1 (8 ounce) package
7. Sliced olives, or to taste ¼ cup
8. Olive oil 1 cup
9. Vinegar ½ cup
10. Grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons
11. White sugar 1 tablespoon
12. Dried oregano ½ teaspoon
13. Salt and ground black pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook rigatoni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 13 minutes. Drain and let cool, about 10 minutes.

Combine pasta, onions, tomatoes, provolone cheese, green bell peppers, pepperoni, and olives in a large bowl.
