1. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 pound
3. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
4. Onion, finely chopped - 1 small
5. Celery, chopped - 2 stalks
6. Tomato sauce - 1 (29 ounce) can
7. Tomato paste - 1 (6 ounce) can
8. Kidney beans - 3 (15 ounce) cans
9. Mexican-style corn - 1 (11 ounce) can

1. Stage

Heat the oil in a large skillet. Sautee the mushrooms, garlic, onion and celery until tender. Transfer them to a stock pot or slow cooker. Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, beans and Mexican-style corn. Cook for at least an hour to blend the flavors.
