Ingredients for - Red Salmon Pâté

1. Salmon, drained, flaked and bones removed - 1 (7 ounce) can
2. Cream cheese, softened - 1 (8 ounce) package
3. Prepared horseradish - 1 teaspoon
4. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
5. Grated onion - 2 teaspoons
6. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped pecans (Optional) - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Red Salmon Pâté

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together salmon, cream cheese, horseradish, lemon juice, and onion. Chill if necessary until firm enough to handle, then form into a ball. Roll in parsley and pecans if desired. Refrigerate until serving. Serve with assorted crackers.
