7. Zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 medium
8. Diced red onion - 1 cup
9. Tahini - ¼ cup
10. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
11. Maple syrup - 2 teaspoons
12. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
13. Water - 3 tablespoons
14. Warm cooked farro - 3 cups
15. Cherry tomatoes, halved - 2 cups
16. Chopped fresh mint - 2 tablespoons
17. Lemon, cut into wedges - 1 medium

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp Grain Bowl

Whisk oil, vinegar, oregano, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Add shrimp, zucchini, and onion; toss to coat.
