1. Prepared pie crust 1 (9 inch)
2. Diced ham 1 cup
3. Shredded mild Cheddar cheese 2 ½ cups
4. Milk 1 ¼ cups
5. Eggs, whisked 4
6. Red bell pepper, diced, or more to taste 1
7. Onion, diced 1 medium
8. Garlic, minced 1 clove
9. Ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
10. White sugar ½ teaspoon
11. Salt ½ teaspoon

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place pie crust in a 9-inch glass pie plate.

Cook ham in a skillet over medium heat until it no longer looks moist, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
