1. Stage
Chop the potatoes finely and put them to boil. Break the broccoli into florets (or take frozen) and after 5-7 minutes after boiling, throw them into the pot. Cook for no more than 10 minutes. If you want the cabbage to crisp, cook for 5-7 minutes. Then we grind everything with an immersion blender. Add salt to taste, white pepper and cream.

Cut the bread (any bread to taste) into cubes and place in a hot pan. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and quickly fry the croutons, stirring constantly. Sprinkle the croutons turmeric and immediately turn off the pan (turmeric does not like high temperature). The croutons turn a bright yellow or golden color.
3. Stage
