1. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
2. Tahini - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic - 3 cloves
4. Salt - ¾ teaspoon
5. Garbanzo beans, drained - 2 (15 ounce) cans
6. Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 teaspoons
7. Pumpkin Puree - 1 (15 ounce) can
8. Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper - ½ teaspoon
10. Toasted pumpkin seed kernels, or more to taste - ¼ cup
11. Paprika - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Savory Pumpkin Hummus

1. Stage

Pulse lemon juice, tahini, garlic, and salt together in a food processor or blender until smooth. Add garbanzo beans and olive oil and pulse until smooth. Add pumpkin, cumin, and cayenne pepper; process until well blended. Transfer hummus to a container with a lid and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Fold pumpkin seeds into hummus; garnish with paprika.
