7. Reduced-sodium soy sauce - ¼ cup
8. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
9. Cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Cooked spaghetti - 8 ounces
11. Toasted sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, snow peas, carrot, and green onions. Cook, stirring, until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute more.
