4. Salt, or more to taste - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground cumin, or to taste - 1 pinch
6. Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
7. Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon
8. Lemon juice, or more to taste - 1 tablespoon
9. Onion, finely sliced - ½ medium
10. Carrot, diced - 1 medium
11. Fresh cilantro, leaves finely chopped - ½ bunch

1. Stage

Finely chop cabbage, then cut into short strips. Place in a bowl with garlic, chili powder, salt, and cumin; mix to combine. Mix in mayonnaise and Sriracha. Stir in 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
