1. Cooked shrimp, chilled 12
2. Ripe avocado, cut into small chunks 1
3. Greek yogurt ⅓ cup
4. Finely chopped cucumber ¼ cup
5. Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic, minced 1 clove
7. Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
8. Lemon zest 1 teaspoon
9. Salt ½ teaspoon
10. Chopped fresh dill ¼ teaspoon
11. Chopped fresh parsley ¼ teaspoon
12. Freshly ground black pepper to taste ¼ teaspoon
13. Pita bread rounds, halved 4
14. Sliced almonds (Optional) 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Shrimp and Avocado Tzatziki Pockets

1 . Stage

Cut cooked shrimp into small pieces and mix with avocado in a bowl. Set aside in the refrigerator.

2 . Stage

Combine yogurt, cucumber, oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, dill, parsley, and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Chill for at least 30 minutes.

3 . Stage

Mix shrimp and avocado in tzatziki dip gently. Divide mixture among pita pockets. Top with sliced almonds.
