1. 1 c. whole-fat Greek yogurt -
2. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
3. Juice of 1/2 lemon -
4. 1/2 c. finely chopped cucumber -
5. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped -
6. 1 tbsp. chopped fresh dill -
7. Kosher salt -
8. Freshly ground black pepper -
9. Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes -
10. Pita and vegetables, for serving (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Tzatziki

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, oil, and lemon juice. Add cucumber, garlic, and dill; season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper.
