Ingredients for - Spinach Cheese Pie

1. Pie crusts - 2 (9 inch)
2. Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained - 1 (10 ounce) package
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Freshly ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
5. Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
6. Ricotta cheese - 15 ounces
7. Mozzarella cheese - 8 ounces
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - 1 cup
9. Diced Cheddar cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Spinach Cheese Pie

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Press bottom pie crust into a glass pie dish.

2. Stage

Combine spinach, salt, pepper, and nutmeg in a large bowl. Add ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Cheddar cheeses. Mix together well and pour into the bottom pie crust. Place second pie crust on top of filling, seal and trim edges.

3. Stage

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes and cut into wedges.
