1. Butter, or as needed - 1 teaspoon
2. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese - ¾ cup
3. Butter, softened - ⅓ cup
4. Mayonnaise - ¼ cup
5. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup
6. Lemon juice - 3 tablespoons
7. Dried dill weed (Optional) - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Hot pepper sauce (such as Tabasco®) - 2 dashes
11. Cod fillets - 2 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Creamy Parmesan Sauce for Fish

1. Stage

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; lightly coat with 1 teaspoon butter.

Mix together Parmesan, 1/3 cup butter, mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, black pepper, and hot sauce in a medium bowl until well combined. Set aside.

Lay cod fillets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
