Ingredients for - Basque Tomato Salad

1. Roma (plum) tomatoes, quartered, or more to taste - 4
2. Onion, sliced into thin rings - 1
3. Green bell pepper, sliced into thin rings - 1
4. Olive oil - ½ cup
5. Cider vinegar - ½ cup
6. Chopped fresh garlic - 1 tablespoon
7. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 teaspoons
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Basque Tomato Salad

1. Stage

Place tomatoes in a shallow serving dish. Arrange onion rings on top. Arrange green bell pepper rings on top of onions.

2. Stage

Combine olive oil, cider vinegar, garlic, parsley, salt, sugar, and black pepper in a jar. Close jar tightly and shake vigorously until dressing is well-mixed. Pour dressing over tomatoes, onions, and peppers. Refrigerate until flavors combine, about 2 hours.
