Ingredients for - Sunflower Drop Cookies

1. All-purpose flour - 1 ⅛ cups
2. Whole wheat flour - 1 ⅛ cups
3. Salt - 1 teaspoon
4. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
5. Butter - 1 cup
6. Brown sugar - 5 tablespoons
7. White sugar - 5 tablespoons
8. Eggs - 2
9. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
10. Sunflower seeds - 1 cup
11. Flaked coconut - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Sunflower Drop Cookies

1. Stage

In a large mixing bowl, cream together sugar and butter or margarine. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

2. Stage

Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Add coconut and sunflower seeds. Mix together well.

3. Stage

Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 8 to 10 minutes.
