2. White sugar 1 cup
3. Eggs, beaten 2 large
4. Dark corn syrup 5 tablespoons
5. Butter, melted 3 tablespoons
6. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
7. Chopped pecans 1 cup

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Lightly grease eight 3-inch tart tins.

Roll out pastry and cut out eight 5-inch circles; fit pastry circles into greased tart tins.
