Shred the onion into thin rings.

Shred the potatoes into thin slices.

In the bottom of the baking dish put the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

Place a layer of minced meat.

Place a layer of onion rings.

Chop dill and parsley, sprinkle the fresh herbs over the minced meat and onion layer.

Grease with sour cream.
