1. Garlic - 4 cloves
2. Onion, quartered - 1 large
3. Chopped fresh oregano - 2 tablespoons
4. Ground cumin - 1 tablespoon
5. Ground ancho chile pepper - 2 teaspoons
6. Salt - 2 teaspoons
7. Ground black pepper - 2 teaspoons
8. White wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. Olive oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
10. Boneless pork loin roast - 1 (3 pound)
11. Lime, cut into wedges - 1

How to cook deliciously - Slow Cooker Pernil Pork

1. Stage

Pulse garlic, onion, oregano, cumin, chile pepper, salt, and pepper together in a blender, pouring in vinegar and enough olive oil until mixture is pasty. Scrape down sides of the blender as necessary to fully incorporate. Spread this mixture all over the pork loin, and place into a slow cooker.
