2. Whole kernel corn, drained - 1 (15.25 ounce) can
3. Red onion, diced - 1
4. Salsa, or as desired - ¾ cup
5. Olive oil - ½ cup
6. Chopped fresh cilantro - ½ cup
7. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
8. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
9. Red wine vinegar - 1 tablespoon
10. Ground cumin - 1 ½ teaspoons
11. Salt - 1 teaspoon
12. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
