Ingredients for - Country Style Green Beans with Red Potatoes

1. Smoked turkey tails ½ pound
2. Green beans, drained and rinsed 2 (14.5 ounce) cans
3. Onion, chopped 1 large
4. Red potatoes, peeled and cubed 10 small
5. Seasoned salt 1 tablespoon
6. Ground black pepper 2 teaspoons
7. Garlic powder 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Country Style Green Beans with Red Potatoes

1 . Stage

Place turkey tails and onion in a 4-quart Dutch oven and fill half way with water. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer over low heat until meat falls off the bones, about 2 hours. Remove and discard bones and skin; return meat to the pot.

2 . Stage

Add green beans to the Dutch oven and simmer for 20 minutes, then add the potatoes. Simmer until potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork, 10 to 15 minutes longer.
