Ingredients for - O'Brian's Potato Casserole

1. Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 (2 pound) package
2. Melted butter - ½ cup
3. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
4. Shredded American cheese - 12 ounces
5. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
6. Salt - 1 teaspoon
7. Onion, chopped - ½
8. Crushed cornflakes cereal - 2 cups
9. Melted butter - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - O'Brian's Potato Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease one 9x13 inch baking dish.

2. Stage

Place potatoes in bottom of prepared dish.

3. Stage

Combine the 1/2 cup butter, condensed soup, cheese, sour cream, salt and onion; mix well and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle with 1/2 cup melted butter.

4. Stage

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
