Ingredients for - Pointed Cabbage in Cream Sauce

1. Butter - 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, chopped - 1
3. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
4. Pointed cabbage, cut in fine strips - 1 medium head
5. Vegetable broth - ½ cup
6. Heavy whipping cream, or to taste - ¾ cup
7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 1 pinch
8. Ground mace - 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Pointed Cabbage in Cream Sauce

1. Stage

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat and cook onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Mix in pointed cabbage.
