1. Butter 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, chopped 1
3. Garlic, minced 1 clove
4. Pointed cabbage, cut in fine strips 1 medium head
5. Vegetable broth ½ cup
6. Heavy whipping cream, or to taste ¾ cup
7. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 1 pinch
8. Ground mace 1 pinch

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a pot over medium heat and cook onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Mix in pointed cabbage.
