Ingredients for - Stuffed Flank Steak

1. Dry stuffing mix - 2 cups
2. Boiling water - 1 cup
3. Butter - 2 tablespoons
4. Flank steak, pounded thin for easy rolling - 1 ½ pounds
5. Green onions, chopped - 2
6. Red bell pepper, finely chopped - 1
7. Mushroom gravy - 1 (10.5 ounce) can
8. Red wine - ¼ cup
9. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
10. Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Stuffed Flank Steak

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Combine stuffing mix, water, and butter in a medium bowl; mix well and let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon stuffing onto steak, leaving a 1-inch border; scatter green onions and red bell pepper on top.

Roll up from the long edge of steak and secure with wooden toothpicks. Place steak seam-side down in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Combine gravy, wine, garlic, and cheese in a small bowl; mix well and pour over steak.
