Ingredients for - Praline Chestnuts and Sprouts

1. Roasted chestnuts, shelled - 20
2. Brussels sprouts, trimmed - 1 pound
3. Shallots, thinly sliced - 2 large
4. Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2 large
5. Packed brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
6. Butter - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Praline Chestnuts and Sprouts

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2. Stage

Arrange chestnuts and Brussels sprouts in a baking dish (see Cook's Notes). Sprinkle shallots over chestnuts and Brussels sprouts and season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle brown sugar over mixture and dot with butter.

3. Stage

Roast in the preheated oven, stirring twice, until browned and crispy, about 40 minutes.
