Ingredients for - Praline Chestnuts and Sprouts

1. Roasted chestnuts, shelled 20
2. Brussels sprouts, trimmed 1 pound
3. Shallots, thinly sliced 2 large
4. Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 large
5. Packed brown sugar 2 tablespoons
6. Butter 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Praline Chestnuts and Sprouts

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Arrange chestnuts and Brussels sprouts in a baking dish (see Cook's Notes). Sprinkle shallots over chestnuts and Brussels sprouts and season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle brown sugar over mixture and dot with butter.

3 . Stage

Roast in the preheated oven, stirring twice, until browned and crispy, about 40 minutes.
