Ingredients for - Mushroom Rice

1. Butter - 2 teaspoons
2. Mushrooms, coarsely chopped - 6
3. Green onion, finely chopped - 1
4. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
5. Chicken broth - 2 cups
6. Uncooked white rice - 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh parsley - ½ teaspoon
8. Salt and pepper to taste - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Rice

1. Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, green onion, and garlic in butter until mushrooms are cooked and liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes.

Stir in chicken broth and rice. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
