1. Butter 2 teaspoons
2. Mushrooms, coarsely chopped 6
3. Green onion, finely chopped 1
4. Garlic, minced 1 clove
5. Chicken broth 2 cups
6. Uncooked white rice 1 cup
7. Chopped fresh parsley ½ teaspoon
8. Salt and pepper to taste ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Mushroom Rice

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, green onion, and garlic in butter until mushrooms are cooked and liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes.

2 . Stage

Stir in chicken broth and rice. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
