Ingredients for - Easy Squash Casserole

1. Yellow squash, sliced 7
2. Milk ¼ cup
3. Butter, sliced ½ cup
4. Eggs, beaten 2
5. Green onions, tops thinly sliced 1 bunch
6. Salt and pepper to taste 1 bunch
7. White sugar 3 tablespoons
8. Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup
9. Crushed buttery round crackers 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Easy Squash Casserole

1 . Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add squash and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes; drain.

3 . Stage

To the squash add milk, butter, eggs, green onion tops, salt, pepper and sugar; mix well. Transfer to a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese and crushed crackers.

4 . Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
