Ingredients for - Ricotta Cookies

1. Ricotta cheese - 15 ounces
2. White sugar - 1 ¾ cups
3. Butter - ½ pound
4. Eggs - 2
5. Vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons
6. All-purpose flour, or more as needed - 4 cups
7. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
9. Confectioners' sugar - 1 ½ cups
10. Milk - 5 tablespoons
11. Almond extract - 1 teaspoon
12. Colored candy sprinkles - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Ricotta Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease or line cookie sheets.

Combine ricotta, sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla extract in a large bowl; beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Combine flour, baking powder, and baking soda; blend into ricotta mixture, mixing in additional flour if needed to form a workable dough. Roll dough into walnut-sized balls and place 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets.
