3. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
4. Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon
5. Butter at room temperature - ½ cup
6. Sugar, divided - 1 cup
7. Egg - 1
8. Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ teaspoons

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
