How to cook deliciously - German apple pancake
1. Stage
Preheat the oven to 260C. In a blender or food processor, mix the eggs.

Put the sour cream in a glass and pour the milk to the level of 0.75 cup, pour into the bowl of a blender. Add the flour, salt and sugar in the blender until smooth (about 30 seconds). Set aside.

Peel and slice the apples.

In a skillet of diameter (25cm) over moderate heat, melt butter.

Fry apples, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes until light brown.

Remove the pan from the heat. Slide the apples slightly into the center of the pan and pour the prepared pancake mixture from the blender around the circumference of the pan, pouring the rest of the mixture over the apples themselves.

Bake at 220 degrees for about 15 minutes. Then take out and invert onto a plate.
