4. Crumbled feta cheese - ⅓ cup
5. Dried Cherries - ¼ cup
6. Chopped green onions - ¼ cup
7. Chopped toasted pecans - 2 tablespoons
8. Lemon zest - ½ teaspoon
9. Lemon juice - 1 ½ tablespoons
10. Extra-virgin olive oil - 1 tablespoon
11. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
12. Freshly ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
13. Lemon wedges for serving - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Farro Salad with Pecans, Feta, and Cherries

1. Stage

Combine water, farro, and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer over low heat until water is absorbed, about 20 minutes.

Drain, spread on a baking sheet, and chill 5 minutes.
