Ingredients for - Peanut and Tomato Stew

1. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
2. Onion, finely chopped - 1 small
3. Red onion, finely chopped - ½ small
4. Garlic, chopped - 6 cloves
5. Green bell peppers, diced - 2
6. Crushed peanuts - ⅓ cup
7. Tomatoes, coarsely chopped - 4 large
8. Water - 1 ½ cups
9. Onion salt to taste - 1 ½ cups
10. Garlic salt to taste - 1 ½ cups
11. Ground cayenne pepper to taste - 1 ½ cups

How to cook deliciously - Peanut and Tomato Stew

1. Stage

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Saute white and red onion, garlic, bell pepper and peanuts for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, water, onion salt, garlic salt and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer at least 30 minutes; simmering for 1 1/2 hours is optimal.
