How to cook deliciously - Roladen meat rolls
1. Stage
In our stores we sell ready-made beef fillets, designed specifically for this dish. You can make your own from the beef pulp.

We take a plate of meat, salt it a little (which is not necessary), pepper it, and sprinkle it with marjoram
3. Stage
Lightly coat with mustard, lay sliced cucumbers, as in the photo, sprinkle with slices of bacon. Between the cucumbers we make butter (here we can use lard, but the taste is nicer with butter, as it seemed to me)

Roll it up neatly

Secure with toothpicks

Or with thread, as you prefer

If you have a frying pan with high edges, then add the onion and then the rest of the bacon, fry a little.
8. Stage
Fry the rolls in a frying pan with a little sunflower oil on all sides.
