2. Ripe bananas - 2 large
3. White sugar - ⅓ cup
4. Eggs - 2
5. Whole milk - ¼ cup
6. Strawberry-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®) - ½ (3 ounce) package
7. Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
8. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
9. Salt - ½ teaspoon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray; dust with flour.

2. Stage

Mash bananas in a large bowl with a fork. Add sugar and mix until smooth. Add eggs, milk, and strawberry gelatin; mix well.

Combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Add 1/2 of the flour mixture to the egg mixture; mix until moist. Add remaining flour mixture and mix until batter is just moistened.

Spread batter in the prepared loaf pan.
