1. Bacon, diced - 6 slices
2. Onion, diced - ½ small
3. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
4. Tarragon vinegar - ¼ cup
5. Chopped frozen turnip greens - 1 (12 ounce) package
6. Cream cheese - 3 (4 ounce) packages
7. Sour cream - 1 (8 ounce) container
8. Grated Parmesan cheese - ¾ cup
9. Paprika - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Savory Turnip Dip

1. Stage

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until some of the fat is rendered, about 5 minutes. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in tarragon vinegar; cook for 2 minutes.

2. Stage

Place turnip greens in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir until tender, 5 to 10 minutes. Stir in bacon mixture. Add cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, paprika, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until creamy and heated through, about 15 minutes.
