How to cook deliciously - Berry mix buns
1. Stage
Prepare the sourdough. Mix 3 tbsp of sifted wheat flour with yeast and sugar. Pour thinly 150 ml of warm milk into the dry mixture, stir well. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Prepare the dough for the rolls. Grind the millet flakes (50 g) in a coffee grinder and mix with wheat flour. Sift the flour twice.

Knead the dough until it is smooth and does not stick from the sides of the bowl. Cover the dough again with a towel and leave in a warm place to rise for 30-60 minutes.

Prepare the mixture for greasing the buns and mugs. Separate the chicken white from the yolk. Beat the egg white with a fork and 0.5 tbsp. sugar. Beat egg yolk with 0.5 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. milk.

Prepare berry-filled buns. Roll out the yeast dough 2 cm thick. Use a glass to cut out circles F ~6 cm from the dough
