How to cook deliciously - Berry mix buns
1 . Stage
Prepare the sourdough. Mix 3 tbsp of sifted wheat flour with yeast and sugar. Pour thinly 150 ml of warm milk into the dry mixture, stir well. Cover the bowl with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

Prepare the dough for the rolls. Grind the millet flakes (50 g) in a coffee grinder and mix with wheat flour. Sift the flour twice.

In the melted and cooled margarine (100 ml) add milk (100 ml), sugar (75 g), 2 eggs,

Prepare the mixture for greasing the buns and mugs. Separate the chicken white from the yolk. Beat the egg white with a fork and 0.5 tbsp. sugar. Beat egg yolk with 0.5 tbsp. sugar and 2 tbsp. milk.

Prepare berry-filled buns. Roll out the yeast dough 2 cm thick. Use a glass to cut out circles F ~6 cm from the dough

and rings - which are 1 cm wide. I cut out the rings with a mold and a shot glass.

Place the circles (6 cm) on a greased baking sheet. Grease the edge of the circle with whipped egg white. For what - so that the ring will hold well. Place a ring on each circle (edge).
