Salad with red radish Happy New Year!

1 . Stage

You can use any type of radish for this salad. Today I will take a red radish D~6 cm. It needs to be grated on a grater. I use a medium sized grater. In a common salad bowl we put boiled breast, cut into fibers (you can chop it), cucumbers, eggs cut into small cubes, finely chop greens, tear salad leaves with your hands. To serve, we need to leave for 3 servings 3 small lettuce leaves, a feather of green onion, a small sprig of dill.

2 . Stage

I make the dressing from sour cream, cottage cheese and greens (you can take any), grainy mustard and salt to taste. There is no need to dress the salad in the salad bowl. I will put the dressing on the salad when serving.

3 . Stage

I'll put the salad the New Year's Eve way in Martini glasses, put a lettuce leaf each, and then the salad itself. I put a generous amount of dressing on top of the salad and garnish with green onions and dill. I'll put each glass in a New Year's Eve plate-individually.
