1. Potatoes, unpeeled and chopped 6
2. Baby carrots ½ pound
3. Butter, melted 6 tablespoons
4. Lemon juice ¼ cup
5. Salt 1 teaspoon
6. Pepper ½ teaspoon
7. Italian seasoning 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Lemon Butter Seasoned Vegetables

1 . Stage

Place potatoes and carrots in a steamer over boiling water, and cover. Cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes.

2 . Stage

To the melted butter add the lemon juice, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Pour over potatoes and carrots and toss.
