1. Self-rising flour - 2 cups
2. Salt - 1 pinch
3. Superfine white sugar - 1 tablespoon
4. Unsalted butter, cut into small pieces - ⅓ cup
5. Apple - peeled, cored, and chopped - 1 medium
6. Milk - 5 tablespoons
7. Honey - 2 tablespoons
8. Egg, beaten - 1 large

How to cook deliciously - Rich Apple Scones

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Lightly grease a cookie sheet.

Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix in sugar. Rub in butter with your fingers until the mixture resembles bread crumbs. Stir in apples until combined.
