4. Honey 1 tablespoon
5. Minced fresh dill 1 teaspoon
6. Garlic powder ½ teaspoon
7. Freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste ½ teaspoon
8. Salt to taste ½ teaspoon
9. Salmon fillets 4 (5 ounce)
10. Canola oil 1 tablespoon
11. Lemon, or to taste 4 slices

1 . Stage

Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.

Whisk lemon juice, melted butter, onion, honey, dill, garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper together in a medium bowl.

Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
