Ingredients for - Cuban Salad

1. Romaine lettuce, chopped 2 heads
2. Tomatoes (such as Campari®), cut into wedges 4 medium
3. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed 2 medium
4. Red onion, halved and thinly sliced 1 medium
5. Black beans, rinsed and drained ½ (15.5 ounce) can
6. Fresh lime juice ¼ cup
7. Honey 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic, minced 1 clove
9. Ground cumin ½ teaspoon
10. Salt ¼ teaspoon
11. Freshly ground black pepper to taste ¼ teaspoon
12. Extra-virgin olive oil ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cuban Salad

1 . Stage

Combine romaine, tomatoes, avocados, onion, and black beans in a large bowl; toss to combine.

2 . Stage

Whisk lime juice, honey, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. While constantly whisking, stream in the olive oil until dressing is well combined.

3 . Stage

Drizzle some of the dressing over the salad, toss, taste, and add more dressing if desired. If there's any extra dressing, refrigerate for later use.
