Ingredients for - Cuban Salad

1. Romaine lettuce, chopped - 2 heads
2. Tomatoes (such as Campari®), cut into wedges - 4 medium
3. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed - 2 medium
4. Red onion, halved and thinly sliced - 1 medium
5. Black beans, rinsed and drained - ½ (15.5 ounce) can
6. Fresh lime juice - ¼ cup
7. Honey - 1 teaspoon
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Ground cumin - ½ teaspoon
10. Salt - ¼ teaspoon
11. Freshly ground black pepper to taste - ¼ teaspoon
12. Extra-virgin olive oil - ½ cup

How to cook deliciously - Cuban Salad

1. Stage

Combine romaine, tomatoes, avocados, onion, and black beans in a large bowl; toss to combine.

2. Stage

Whisk lime juice, honey, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. While constantly whisking, stream in the olive oil until dressing is well combined.

3. Stage

Drizzle some of the dressing over the salad, toss, taste, and add more dressing if desired. If there's any extra dressing, refrigerate for later use.
