Ingredients for - Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

1. Whole Brussels sprouts - 1 pound
2. Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces - 4 slices
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Freshly ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
5. Extra-virgin olive oil - ¼ cup
6. Pure maple syrup - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Bacon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Stage

Trim ends off Brussels sprouts and cut any large ones in half. Transfer to a large bowl.

3. Stage

Add bacon, salt, and pepper to the Brussels spouts. Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over top and toss until sprouts are well coated. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spread in a single layer.

4. Stage
