Ingredients for - White Stock

1. Chicken 3 pounds
2. Veal knuckle 1
3. Celery 2 stalks
4. Yellow onion 1
5. Turnip 1
6. Carrots 1
7. Salt 2 teaspoons
8. Water 4 quarts

How to cook deliciously - White Stock

1 . Stage

Cut veal from bone.

2 . Stage

Combine water, veal meat, veal bone, chicken, vegetables, and salt in a stock pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 5 hours.

3 . Stage

Strain stock, and let cool. Discard vegetables and bones, use veal and chicken as desired.
