How to cook deliciously - Cinnamon buns
1. Stage
Knead the dough. In a bread machine or combine, you can also by hand. Leave to ferment, covered with foil, in a warm place. Mix the cinnamon, sugar for the filling, cardamom and ginger.

Knead the fermented dough, divide it into two parts. Roll out each one into a circle, 24-25 cm. Spread half of the circle with the spice mixture, 1 tbsp.

Cover with the second half and cut into 4 sectors. Do the same with the other half of the dough.

Make notches with scissors, imitating the paws of the trees. Use a chopstick to press in the middle. Leave to prove, 20 minutes in a warm place, covered with plastic wrap.

Before baking, brush with a mixture of egg yolk and milk, sprinkle the "trunk" with the spice mixture. Place in the preheated oven.
6. Stage
Bake for 25 minutes at 180-190 degrees, until nicely browned. When ready, place on a rack and cool slightly.
