Royal salad with pancakes

1 . Stage

Boil the chicken or meat. I already had it ready. Knead liquid pancake batter from eggs, water and flour. Bake thin pancakes. Let cool.

2 . Stage

Onion is cut into small cubes, mushrooms slices, fry the onion in a minimum amount of oil, then add the mushrooms. Salt, pepper to taste. If it was a lot of oil, pour off the excess.

3 . Stage

Cut the pancakes into very thin slices.

4 . Stage

Chop the chicken finely, or tear it with your hands into fibers.

5 . Stage

Stir the salad. Due to the fact that the onions and mushrooms are fried in oil, still some amount goes into the salad, we need a minimum of mayonnaise. I made the salad and, without dressing, left it until tomorrow, but you need to dress it at least an hour to soak it up.

6 . Stage

And one portion tucked in to show off the finished dish. Treat your men to a hearty meat salad. Happy upcoming february 23!
