3. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 2 (5 ounce)

5. Green onions, chopped 4
6. Green zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and into 1/4-inch slices 2
7. Fresh mushrooms, sliced 8 large
8. All-purpose flour 1 tablespoon
9. Heavy whipping cream ¾ cup
10. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until slightly browned, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a plate. Cover with foil or a bowl to keep warm.

2 . Stage

Heat olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat and cook green onions until soft, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini slices and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir to combine.
