1. Butter - 1 tablespoon
2. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed - 2 (5 ounce)
3. Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste - 2 (5 ounce)
4. Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
5. Green onions, chopped - 4
6. Green zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and into 1/4-inch slices - 2
7. Fresh mushrooms, sliced - 8 large
8. All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon
9. Heavy whipping cream - ¾ cup
10. Chopped fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Easy Chicken with Mushrooms and Zucchini in Cream Sauce

1. Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until slightly browned, stirring frequently, 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a plate. Cover with foil or a bowl to keep warm.

2. Stage

Heat olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat and cook green onions until soft, about 2 minutes. Add zucchini slices and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and stir to combine.
